Here at FBC Robertsdale, we love Children! We have an extensive ministry designed specifically for your little ones. With activities on Sunday Morning and Wednesday nights, there is something for children every time we gather! You can find out more about our Children’s Ministry at the Children’s Check-in desk in our lobby on Sunday mornings, or by contacting the Church office.
Sunday School
On Sunday mornings, our Children take part in our Sunday School time. We believe that God’s Word is true and that its teachings are timeless and for people of all ages. This includes our little ones! From 9:15AM to 10:15AM, we hold Sunday School classes for our children. Divided by age, our well-trained and passionate volunteers lead your child to learn from God’s Word. And while we take teaching God’s Word very seriously, we also love to have fun!
Kid's Cove/Children's Church
We believe that it is important that Children experience congregational worship on Sunday mornings. So for the first part of Worship at 10:30AM, your children sit with you. But once the offering time is over, children are dismissed to their own worship and teaching experience. Kids Cove & Children's Church is a time of fun and exciting interaction with God’s Word through singing, dancing, playing, and a time of teaching. All of this is carefully crafted to be accessible for Children. We have an awesome group of volunteers and trained helpers who make this a fun, safe, and enjoyable atmosphere for your children!
Awanas/Music & Missions
Our Children’s ministry meets on Wednesday nights at 6 pm in our Children’s Wing. From January through August, they participate in a Program called AWANA, which is grounded in scripture memory and Bible study. For the remainder of the year, we have a mission-themed curriculum with added music time. It’s always a blast on our Wednesday night for the Kids!
Camp 318
Every summer, we host a week-long summer day camp for our Children and Children from the community. Camp 318 is for grades K-5, and is one of the largest Children’s events on our yearly calendar! From fun and exciting worship, to accessible and well-grounded teaching, wild and crazy outdoor recreation to interesting crafts and small group teaching, Camp 318 is an awesome experience.
Kid's Outdoor Zone (KOZ)
KOZ is an outdoor adventure ministry for boys ages 8-18. The men of KOZ lead boys one Saturday a month to explore the outdoors and understand what it means to be a Godly man. For more information, Contact Clyde Myrick @ (251) 979-7727.
