Camp 318, June 3-7, 2024
Thank you so much for your family’s participation in Camp 318! We are so excited to have a fun filled week! This year, we are going to investigate the mysterious meanings behind a few of the famous stories Jesus told...The Parables. Get ready to use your detective skills. It's going to be a great week of solving mysteries. Can't wait to see you there!
#OnTheCase 2024
For your family to get the most out of this experience, please ask your child at home about what they are learning each day. Together, we can make a greater impact on your child’s life, than either of us could do alone.
PACKET PICK UP: Wednesday May 29th from 6pm-8pm or Sunday June 2nd from 9am-1pm. Please make plans to pick up or arrange for another camper to get it for you. Campers must have packets before the first day of camp.
A few items to remember for the week:
* In the morning, doors open at 8:50am and afternoon car line begins at 2:30pm. Please do not drop your children off to wait on their own. We are asking each child to stay in their vehicle and our camp team will be waving groups in at a time. Car line is the only way to drop off and pick up your child. Car line is double laned so please be aware of this as you drive through the parking lot and follow the arrows- new camp parents please see carline map in your child’s packet. After the first day things will flow pretty quickly and smoothly.
* The “Pick-up” card is in your Camp packet. The person picking up your child MUST have the card displayed in his/her windshield each day (1 card per family or if we know of carpool groups in advance we will make you one card to represent all families being picked up)
*Children are encouraged to wear their Camp 318 shirt daily, and dress comfortably/modestly. Athletic/closed toe shoes only.
* Each child needs a snack and a lunch with at least 1 drink each day. Please make sure that all lunches and snacks are labeled with your child’s name. Siblings need to have their own snack/lunch/drink as they will be eating with their class. We encourage each kid to bring a water bottle for the day along with their lunch beverage and Please no soft drinks.
* All medications need to be checked in on Monday morning (check in station will be in the car line area). Please have them in a Ziploc labeled with your child’s name and any special instructions written inside the bag or on the label of the medicine. (These can be picked up in car line on Friday)
*Be sure to “Like” our Camp 318 Robertsdale FBC page on Facebook. We will be posting pictures and updates throughout camp.
*All classes will be set prior to camp and we will not be able to move students once camp starts. Please make sure you sign your child(ren) up for the correct grade level at registration and contact the church office if corrections need to be made prior to camp starting. Grade levels do many stations together throughout the day so they can see their friends and also make new ones!
Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to partner with you in leading your child along his or her spiritual journey. We are looking forward to spending time with your child as we go On The Case!
For His glory,
Camp 318 Planning Team
But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.- 2 Peter 3:18
