You will not be put on the spot

When you come to First Baptist Church we will not single you out or put you on the spot.   We respect you and your family and want you to enjoy your visit with us.   We will give you all the information you desire concerning our church and how you can take the next steps.   We do this at your request and we will follow your lead in taking the next step.  Follow the following links for service times and directions.

You will experience a blended worship style

We are blended congregation of all ages and backgrounds.   With this in mind you will notice our worship reflects our congregation.   You will hear new praise choruses along with traditional hymns and everything in between.  Our Worship Leader Susie Vivar is energetic in her leadership.   You will experience choir specials, praise bands, orchestra, drama and video in our worship gatherings.  While we use many methods and many styles our motto is, It’s all about Jesus.   You can watch are past worship gatherings using on our media page.

You are not expected to dress formally

We are a casually dressed community.  Very few people dress formally most dress casually; including our Pastor.   Going to church is about meeting God not attending a fashion show.  We do our best to make church inviting for all.

You will hear God’s truth proclaimed

We believe that the truth will set you free.  So we proclaim God’s truth from His word, the Bible.  The Bible is proclaimed and its truth presented to help each of us live our lives the way God desires.  Our Pastor preaches from the NIV version of the Bible.   First Baptist Church of Robertsdale is a cooperating Southern Baptist Community of Faith.  You can find out more about the Southern Baptist Convention following this link.

You will find friendly people to help you

When you arrive on our campus and enter the front doors you will see a screen facing you with information and two desks to your right and left.   There will also be greeters in the foyer to help you.   Look at the screen, go to the desk or one our greeters will help you.   Our small group Bible Study begins at 9:15 am and Worship at 10:30 am.  We would love to have you as our guest
